I love borrowing tiny fragments from one piece of work and watching them become something completely different.

A small texture.

A favourite mark.

A pattern almost hidden from view.

By enlarging, repeating and digitally transforming these little discoveries, they begin to tell entirely new stories. It's a bit like looking through a kaleidoscope... the same pieces, endlessly rearranged into unexpected possibilities.

Sometimes all an idea needs is the freedom to become something else.
