Welcome to Blanefield Art Alchemy

A place to slow down, look closely and enjoy the pleasure of making.

From my studio overlooking the North Norfolk coast, I host small, welcoming workshops inspired by remarkable artists, everyday discoveries and the landscape around us. Together we explore paint, collage, printmaking and mixed media, always with curiosity leading the way.

Each session is gently guided, with plenty of time to experiment, play and discover what unfolds. Every person brings something different, so every workshop is different too.

Everything is provided, from materials and homemade refreshments to encouragement, laughter and good company.

Alongside my day workshops, I also host intimate residential art retreats for just four guests at Bloomsbury House, a chance to spend a few creative days by the sea, making, talking and seeing the world with fresh eyes.
